I like that you can build your own bowl or burrito and add a lot of toppings without feeling rushed. The queso is honestly one of the best things on the menu and it makes everything better. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even when it was a little busy. The restaurant was clean and the portions were solid for the price. I talked to the manager and she was down-to-earth and super kind. The food was amazing and fresh. They also had the opportunity to really upcharge me and they actually told me a way to get the items I was hoping for cheaper than what I thought I had to pay! Amazing place to go!

I was also very well pleased by the magnificent service offered at this location, especially with the kindness of Capri, who was working the register. The steak was delicious and well made, and although they mistakenly added chicken to my order, it was all the more splendid seeing as though they did not charge extra for it. "Holy guacamole!" My soul exclaimed as I partook of the complimentary guacamole. It is quite safe to say I will be returning to Qdoba Mexican Eats on Wards Road in Lynchburg Virginia the next occasion in which I require Mexican eats.
