Went into the store when the tracker said ready, but the cashier said it would be 2 or 3 more minutes. I went back to my car to explain to my Twin and waited the 3 minutes. Went back inside and the cashier said there was no order in my name and shrugged when I said he had just told me it was 3 minutes more, 3 minutes before. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager, so I asked for his boss and he gave me a # and called on the next customer. I stormed out and went back to my car to get my phone and verify my order was for this store and not showing picked up. I went back inside the store to call the # given and was told it was meant for him only, not for customers, and to have him call for help. He avoided calling and tried to address the next customer but I cut in and apologised, that the call was expected right now. Even so, this guy stuck by saying the order wasn't there for Remy... so for the 5th time I spelled REMMY and someone handed me the pizza! Imagine my relief and how it turned to disappointment when I got home and the pizza had no 5 cheese garlic crust... I wasn't going to write a review but I wanted to try that pizza crust, that is why I ordered it! Please give me a free pizza just like the one I was supposed to get, without all the hassle, that would be great and worth a better review.
