They always have plenty of staff and are not busy. I have no idea how it is possible to have such slow service, I could go to a steakhouse and receive my food much faster. I ordered a mobile drive thru order and came through 10 mins after I ordered, no one was in line inside or out and I was told it would be 45 mins until my sandwich and soup would be ready and to come back later……
