  I've ordered food to the table countless times at this location, and placed my number and staff never brings the food to the table. Today was no different, I calmly asked the manager "why don't you guys bring the food to the table like other McDonalds", she attacked me verbally, screamed "I am too busy to serve you to the table, I only make $12 an hour if you don't like it go somewhere else". Staff is beyond rude, the food is okay but the service is extremely ghetto. The woman who served me this afternoon was visibly angry. I won't ever return to this location again. I believe the lady was the manager, or an assistant manager. My husband is disabled Vietnam veteran and she began to scream at him as well, while the entire lobby looked on as she flew into a massive fit of rage. Her face was red as she slammed her fists on the counter, I nearly called the police. I have recorded evidence.

  Just went through the drive through tonight. All I wanted was a couple bacon mcdoubles. I ordered 3 bacon mcdoubles, and the girl working the drive through responded "you want mcdoubles?" I respond, "yes, bacon mcdoubles", "so mcdoubles add bacon?" "no, bacon mcdoubles" she enters them as mcdoubles, add bacon anyway, tells me to pull around. The bacon mcdouble is $4.99 on the menu, which means there is a button for it. She did not use the button. I pulled up to the window and handed her my card. The total for the 3 burgers was $21!!! I paid enough for 4 of them and I only got 3. I got my burgers and went inside to speak to a manager. The manager on duty, Sam, was excellent. He fixed the situation and took care of me. Big shout out to Sam. If I go back to this location it is only because of managers like Sam.

  4 out of 5 times you go there because it's the closest McDonald's, your order gets messed up. Either you have missing food and or or no sauces when you picked them out on the mobile order and they give you nothing.

  The nightmare that is this McDonald's starts with pulling up to the order screen and hearing some speedy mumbling about ordering through the McDonald's App. If you make it past that, assuming you get greeted at all at this location there is a distinct possibility you will wait and wait and wait to the point the other cars just peel off and leave only for you to pull up to the window to be ignored by the cashier until honking the horn is your only recourse to place an order, just to be told "We aren't taking orders right now...too busy". A fast food joint, that doesn't serve food. I have this location chance after chance after chance. Stupid on my part as not once out of 4 visits did I ever get the correct order and twice either got nothing after 30 minutes, and once, never placed my order since they were "too busy". Whoever owns this place has obviously given up as my one and only visit inside ended the moment I went to wash my hands after placing my order to find out just how dirty the place truly is and I'll spare you the deets on the bathroom.....but it was bad. Dirty, slow, and a staff that could care less. Even a manager who I've met twice and she was obviously jaded and overworked. She's the only one I felt bad for because it was more than obvious that it wasn't that she didn't care, its just that she was defeated in every possible way. Sad really. I'm just amazed that we haven't seen a news report on this place getting shutdown yet. Dine here at your own peril, because you couldn't pay me to eat here again. If I were given a choice between starvation or a free meal here, I would rather be hungry. Seriously. I reached out to corporate in detail about my visits and got an Auto-Reply email in return thanking me for my concerns and how they were passed on to the Management Team of the location......SMH. Avoid, avoid avoid and go to a place that cares.

  Guys were pleadant for late night visit. Unfortunately food was ice cold as expected.
