I pulled into the drive thru 6 cars back from the speaker. 56 minutes later I leave with my order: 13 cookies and a small fry. 56 minutes!!! While the workers didn't seem to have a bad attitude nor were negative (very surprising for this location), they never mentioned anything about the wait, much less apologized for it. I get home and find the cookies are crammed into a 10 piece nugget box. They were so crammed together that they could no longer be separated. It was all one big chunk of cookie. By all means drive the extra mile and go to the one by Target. Or go to the Memorial Road location. Whatever you do, avoid this location at all costs!
