I’ve been eating at five guys since they first opened more than a couple decades ago, I’ve never seen so little effort put into making my food or so little pride taken by whoever put this pathetic crap on my burger then sent it to me to eat. And no, I’m not just being a Karen, I’m actually very chill but I think anybody can see what a joke this is

Hot dog was amazing too as always. The customer service was amazing! The young boy at the counter was great! Everyone was so nice!

Especially considering the extra scoop of fries they used to give (not the proportioned container they use to measure it now). Even forgetting the extra scoop, it's a lot less. Do better!

This Lynchburg location does a great job , they generally do very well and are very friendly . Jacqueline and her team are A+ ! The burgers are so good . My son loves their hot dogs , he says he hasn’t found a better hot dog anywhere than at Five Guys , they are delicious all beef hot dogs

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
