- GHGabriella HignightNov 15, 20252.0i used to absolutely love this chipotle and have such good experiences when i came in here. but the last time i went in it was BAD. the cook in the back was sagging his pants so horribly. he entire pair of underwear were visible which is just unprofessional and i’m sure against dress code. the employees did not make eye contact, threw my food in the bag and ignored me when i told them to have a good day and also when i asked them how they were. i hate leaving bad reviews but i do think these are issues that are easily addressed and would better service immensely.

Then proceeds to hand me a chip bag, which would definitely not hold my burrito bowl along with my sides. After some back and forth she reluctantly gave me a to-go entree bag. Why are we like this. Very unnecessary.

I’ve come there multiple times and there is the same girl always working the to-go area. She is so rude every time I come in for no reason. She handed me the wrong order twice because and than said someone stole my order (likely cause she is handing out the wrong orders to people). She has zero customer service skills or attitude and is always acting like we as customers are inconveniencing her. Her coworkers appear terrified of her and she brings the entire atmosphere of the place down. Will not be returning until she is gone. I’m tired of being mistreated for no reason.

The rice was undercooked and hard, chicken uncut, missing toppings, and on top of that, the workers' insufferable attitude. I said it once and I'll continue to say it again, if you're miserable with your job, stop trying to pass that onto others.
