  I’m writing to share feedback about a disappointing experience I had at this location while picking up dinner with my two toddlers. I typically enjoy Chipotle and appreciate the convenience of the kids’ meals, but the interaction with the manager on duty made the visit uncomfortable. I ordered two bowls and two kids’ cheese quesadillas. When I checked out, I noticed the guacamole for one of the kids’ meals had been charged as a separate side. I politely asked the employee I believe was the manager if that was correct, as I was just trying to understand the charge. She confirmed it was, but the tone of the interaction felt very dismissive and irritated rather than helpful. I then asked about the kids’ chips and drink cups, and each question seemed to be met with the same annoyed response, even though I was simply trying to make sure I had everything needed for the kids’ meals. When I went to fill the drinks, I noticed the ice machine was empty with no sign posted, so I mentioned it to be helpful. The response I received was “I know,” again in an irritated tone. What stood out most was that when I left, I still said “have a nice day” and smiled, and the manager rolled her eyes in response. As a customer — especially while managing two small children — that felt very discouraging. I completely understand that food service can be stressful and busy, but the overall attitude during this interaction made the experience unpleasant. I hope this feedback can be used to reinforce the level of customer service Chipotle usually aims to provide. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I’m hesitant to return to this location.

  I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The other two locations I have. This location always has my food ready when I order through mobile app. I hope the chimmichurri is here to stay too

  Terrible experience. We left without ordering. It was during dinner times, about 6 pm. They were out of steak, carnitas, and several other things. The staff was rude and non responsive when we asked if they were cooking more. The food did not appear to be fresh. We would have ordered 4 meals but went to Cava accross the parking lot with oir money and had a great meals and service there.

  This is the most poorly managed Chipotle I’ve ever been to. And I’m not leaving this review after one bad visit. Unfortunately EVERY visit is bad. If you order online, expect your food to be ready 30-40 min after they say it will. They are consistently out of multiple ingredients. Tonight they were out of chips… At 5:30. That’s prime dinner time! No forks or straws were available in store. The staff is frazzled and doesn’t know how to make it right when somebody’s been waiting 40 minutes for their order. Needs new management desperately. I’m so surprised it’s still open. Will be taking all of my business to a different location moving forward.

  They're always out of things and there's almost always something missing or incorrect with my pick up orders. Last time, the employee was sealing up the bag when I arrived and didn't mention an issue. I got home and opened the bag to find a note that said to call their 1-800 number because they were out of the protein for my burrito. They didn't think to ask about a substitute?
