The drive thru worker never apologized or even mentioned that it would take some extra time as I was next to the window, he just continued talking to his other coworkers and explaining how we were just going to have to wait right where we were. Once I finally got my food and water that I ordered, I went to take a sip and they gave me the complete wrong drink. I shrugged it off and opened the box of food and found a piece of hair on my food. I won't be going back very unpleasant and disappointing stop.

I asked, who I assume was the manager, why they were so mad? What I did wrong? Was told the staff was irritated because: I ordered a Bo berry biscuit that isn’t usually ordered, the staff was having a bad day, and they were really busy. I waited 20 plus minutes, saw at most three cars come through the drive thru, and no one dining inside. Backed up at one point to ask if I had been forgotten. The staff member looked at me and turned around. Laughing with the cook and clearly ignoring me. 😮💨 and the food was cold.
