While there is noticed the workers goofing off while there was plenty of orders to be filled they really need to learn to work as a team and focus instead of worrying about drama.

Desmond provided us with awesome customer service today during a busy lunch. He has great knowledge of the menu, speaks up and clearly and our meal was delicious.

I went the through the drive thru at this location tonight and they got my order wrong. Which isn’t a huge deal I just circled back to get it fixed. At the window the girl asked what order I had and what was wrong. I told her I got the wrong fries. She looked at the computer and didn’t even look back at me and said “they rang you up for crinkle fries” and just stood there. I told her I didn’t order that and she just repeated “you were rang up for crinkles fries.” Then when I told her for the third time I didn’t order crinkle fries and that it didn’t matter what they rang me up for if it’s not what I ordered and she said “well did you say curly?” And when I told her yes she said she would have to rang me up again and charge ME for the curly fries I ordered and should have already gotten. Absolutely awful customer service. Her attitude was awful and she obviously didn’t give crap about them making a mistake. I’m not a “the customer is always right” kind of person but she barely cared enough to even look at me. I get that fries aren’t that big of a deal but I specifically went to Arby’s to get curly fries as a little surprise for my friend that loves them. I’m not even someone that goes back when their order is wrong I usually just go with it but it was for a friend. Now the surprise is ruined and so is my night.
