I don’t know how this could have even happened considering it goes through a machine but I had a whole bean in my coffee. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but chocking on a bean was not how I thought I was gonna go out. Obviously I didn’t but when I tried to call them to warn them that they are having full beans in their latte s the message box is full and they don’t answer their phone.
