  Haven't been to a chipotle in like a year, now I see why. First, everyone who ate here got ill. Second, crazy expensive. For my wife and I to eat it was over $30 before tips/drinks. That is sit down meal pricing... I now remember why I go to Qdoba instead. $20 or less for 2 entrees and better food in our opinion. Disregarding it never makes me ill.

  Put in an order at 11 yesterday, said it would be ready by 1120. Got there, they got the drink wrong for starters, then waited 30 minutes for them to make a sauce which they would at first keep saying it would be 5 minutes on multiple occasions. They should have had this made prior to opening. The kid at the front was extremely rude, arrogant, when asked when the sauce would be ready, he said however long it took them to make it. People just standing around, while they can't even get a sauce out. If you can't have people atleast act professional in a job like this, you could atleast not keep them at the front of house. Only reason we came back after a prior bad experience was to try to new sauce, couldn't even get that right. By the time we got the sauce the food was cold, and didn't include several of the items we included and paid for extra. Don't waste your time at this place. Management before you send a link, trying to make up for horrible service, start with better training your staff, that's how you help your customers, and make things better for the future. No reason the new sauce was just getting put out at 1150, almost an hour after opening, and well over two from time workers should be prepping the food and sauce. No reason to have staff be rude, condescending, and arrogant, when we had to wait 30 minutes for an order to be wrong from the drink, to the ingredients included in the burrito, and wasting our time on top of that during lunch.

  My son and I stopped here after out doctors appointment. It was busy because it was lunch time and the store looked understaffed. The one girl was making the food and doing the register. She never looked frustrated and she kept her smile the whole time. She has great customer service wish I would have gotten her name, she was awesome.

  I’m writing to share feedback about a disappointing experience I had at this location while picking up dinner with my two toddlers. I typically enjoy Chipotle and appreciate the convenience of the kids’ meals, but the interaction with the manager on duty made the visit uncomfortable. I ordered two bowls and two kids’ cheese quesadillas. When I checked out, I noticed the guacamole for one of the kids’ meals had been charged as a separate side. I politely asked the employee I believe was the manager if that was correct, as I was just trying to understand the charge. She confirmed it was, but the tone of the interaction felt very dismissive and irritated rather than helpful. I then asked about the kids’ chips and drink cups, and each question seemed to be met with the same annoyed response, even though I was simply trying to make sure I had everything needed for the kids’ meals. When I went to fill the drinks, I noticed the ice machine was empty with no sign posted, so I mentioned it to be helpful. The response I received was “I know,” again in an irritated tone. What stood out most was that when I left, I still said “have a nice day” and smiled, and the manager rolled her eyes in response. As a customer — especially while managing two small children — that felt very discouraging. I completely understand that food service can be stressful and busy, but the overall attitude during this interaction made the experience unpleasant. I hope this feedback can be used to reinforce the level of customer service Chipotle usually aims to provide. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I’m hesitant to return to this location.
