  Chick-fil-A is always a great experience. The staff is friendly, polite, and quick to help, making the service stand out from other fast food places. Orders are accurate, the restaurant is clean, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. It's a place you can count on for both quality and excellent service.

  I hate to leave a bad review. I am a huge fan of supporting local businesses. Unfortunately I have no choice but to leave this in hopes that someone at this location might see it (or at corporate). Our family of 7 has experienced 4 different times when our drive through order was missing an item. The first two times it was a sandwich, and then a fry. I understand things get busy at rush hour and can be missed. The third time my salad was missing in an order for our family's dinner. That was a huge bummer because then I didn't have anything to eat. At that time I tried to call the store, but no one answered the phone even though I called three times in a row. Having not much time to deal with these sorts of things, I just left it as is. Well, a month or so later we decided to try again. Unfortunately this fourth time was the worst of all. We ordered food for our whole family for dinner in the drive-thru, and then when I got home surprise surprise my 4 kids meals were all missing their chicken! All they had to eat for dinner was fruit. Now this time I did actually check the bag to confirm the order, before I left the building, however I didn't look inside the kids' meal bags because everything was stuffed into a single bag and they were difficult to get to. I saw 4 bags. When I got home I was completely furious that yet again this team failed to provide us with the food we paid for. I called the store four times over the course of an hour and nobody ever picked up the phone. Then I called corporate, and all they could do was send an email to the store manager on my behalf. Unfortunately the only communication that I have received was an auto reply email from said manager, offering two free kids meals. I'm sorry, but this is really lame. This is not the kind of customer service I expect from Chick-fil-A and especially given our lengthy history of issues with this location, I expected a real human being to reply to me and give me a phone call. We will not be coming again. I have racked up thousands of points at Chick-fil-A, but we won't be patronizing this establishment anymore.

  Ok so I love this Chick Fil A on Timberlake ! They usually do a marvelous job and I love my nuggets and sandwiches . However , on my last visit , the girl recognized me from some social media posts I make about local restaurants . She asked me am I going to make one about the Timberlake Chick Fil A ? And she kept going on and on about it and started talking about how they deserve it because they’ve served me so well in the past . It was honestly a bit much . All I was trying to do was order and get my food . I gave her some cues that I was getting irritated and she continued . There were also customers in line behind me who I’m sure were getting irritated . It’s nice to be recognized for my posts but please don’t keep going on like that . Thank you ! ❤️
