  Our first time there. I walked in expecting to get 20 bone in wings and fries for the $19.99 as shown on the website. I had a $25 gift card. The person at the register said I could not get that order at that price unless I got it online. So, I ordered it thinking I'd pay the difference. She took the order and told me I'd get a free drink. After waiting about 15 minutes (which was ok, they were fairly busy) another person came and took receipts from the printer (there were a bunch stuck in it) and asked my name. She said I had not paid, and I assured her I had. She went to check. A few minutes later she came out with a bag saying she had straightened it out. When I got home much to my surprise there were 10 wing pieces and a few fries. The wings were split in two pieces, so instead of 20 complete wings I actually got 5! Needless to say, I'm not a happy camper! And no drink!

  From the beginning of the night the only good service was when we first arrived and we got our drinks quickly. From there our food came out very slow and it wasn't a busy night. The chips were stale, we barely saw our waitress Gianna and when we did we would wait at least 30 minutes to be serviced. When the food did come out after waiting for it at least an hour the food came out cold and without silverware so we couldn't even eat. We bussed our own table, had to refill our own waters, and when waiting for the check we waited for over 45 minutes to receive it. When we informed our waitress that we wanted our check she sat down on break forcing us to wait. We received more service from other servers than our own waitress. We watched other tables come and go receiving their food, drinks, and checks before we received any of our services. If you go here don't get seated in the back of the resturant with Gianna. Overall terrible service.

  Took almost an hour for our food to arrive. TOTALLY wrong but because we had waited so long and had an hour drive to home we ate what they brought. We ordered the cheesesteak and asked it to have Swiss cheese instead of beer cheese sautéed onions and mushrooms with a side of mayo. We received ONLY over cooked meat! NO onions or mushrooms and NO cheese. I asked the young man for mayonnaise and 15 minutes later he brought it. Our waitress was very nice and after we received the mayo she brought a small container of mushrooms but by that time I’d ate half of the sandwich!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We were charged $30.71 for NOTHING we ordered sandwich wise that was right!! When the check came it wasn’t put in correctly. It just said no beer cheese with no mention of Swiss cheese, sautéed onions or mushrooms!!

  My wings came out hard. Like really hard. Even told the waitress that they was tough and kind of got ignored. To just chill and lightly eat then this is a good place. But to expect a good dinner this isn't this place anymore. Use to be the best wings. They have just lost it.

  During a recent visit, a cook or someone that worked there that later went to the back named Deionte made a comment that came across as mocking a child in our group. It was inappropriate and disappointing to witness. No family should feel uncomfortable because of staff behavior. We hope management addresses this so future guests are treated with respect. We didn't stay to order as I will not support an establishment that bullied my child!
