  I made a mobile order for 3 sandwiches. 2 chicken sandwiches and one roast beef with several extra toppings. I picked it up at the drive through. When I got home one sandwich was missing and when I opened the wrapper that said roast beef, it had a chicken sandwich with the toppings I ordered on the roast beef sandwich.

  We tried Arby's box deals tonight. I hope they never do away with it. I got the $9.99 French dip box. Perfectly packed and plenty of food.

  Stop by to get some roast beef sandwiches and to my amusement they didn’t have any roast beef ! What a joke it’s 3 pm and you don’t have the item you base your business on. But one good thing they had on menu was rudeness!

  The only fast food place that serves burgers, but will not put Ketchup on the burger fir you. When a customer goes to a drive-through, they would like to be able to get the burger the way they want it and drive away and be able to eat it without having to stop and add different condiments to it from a packet.
