The girl made the sub wrong and argued with me over it and didn’t want to fix it. The gentleman from the store side came and remade the one that got messed up. Then they were speaking another language talking bout me I’m sure but I know what I said and she was wrong…no big deal mistakes happen but she was pissed and would not just fix it…

To the Luray store manager, here is the info provided by DoorDash: No, DoorDash drivers are not supposed to open sealed bags to check the contents of an order. It is the restaurant's responsibility to ensure the order is correct before the driver picks it up.
It is very upsetting that every time we order delivery something is missing. We typically let it go, but over time it adds up, but I guess that is how you make a profit, people pay for products and then you don’t send them hoping they don’t do anything. Well DoorDash is not willing to give a refund, are you??

This is typically our go to, once a week but for the past month or so it has significantly gone downhill. The sandwiches are messy. The steak is served ice cold if you select un toasted bread. The chicken and bacon was also served ice cold. The guy on duty was not kind! we won’t be back! So disappointed 😔

Horrible service. No eye contact, Felt ignored, not polite, in a hurry, would not recommend because of the 2 employees attitudes. Oct 6 at 8pm.
