Got to the Heritage Festival and went to take a sip, because it was HOT and it had no taste. I looked inside and it was hot water! No tea bag, no sugar! I showed several people and they couldn't believe it. I've called several times today to tell them and no one answers. The lady that handed it to me looked like a shift mgr or mgr. Who does that?

After I sat and watched for an order that had our exact items I picked it up and she looked at me with disgust. Asking me if it was my order or if I’m stealing. I said it is my order thank you and as we went to get our drinks she glared at me giving me disgusting looks. I’m appalled and I will not be returning. ( I already left a feedback aswell). Oh and not to mention the standing around and talking about “jungle juice” and cussing. Unprofessional behavior and the owners should be ashamed.
