When u try to correct the order they say sorry you can’t read what you ordered. When I tried to correct the order at the speaker the lady yelled and said. THATS WHAT I SAID. I replied okay just making sure we are all on the same page. Got to the window paid. In fact she gave me the wrong donuts. Couldn’t get the right donuts got the window slammed in my face. Now I got two donuts the kids won’t eat. When I asked for a manager they said there was no one.

Got to the register to pay and expecting to pay for the children’s scoop price, but she charged me the single scoop price. I asked about this and she rudely stated that I didn’t specify that I wanted the Childrens scoops. Ummm...they’re all young children; why should I have to specify that??? No one apologized or smiled, or thanked us or anything. Extremely rude workers here. I’m not sure why this is allowed at a baskin-Robbins/DD in a tourist town? Very disappointing.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
