While waiting inside, staff was a little inappropriate--sounded like conversations workers should have behind closed doors, not in front of customers waiting a few feet away. Seating for pick up was very limited.

They confirmed the time and still did not have all of the pizzas ready at the pickup time. Then the guy who was a manager argued with me and said that he would have the pizzas done by a later time which was a lie. I was feeding co-workers so time was definitely a big factor here. Secondly, there were many complaints about how horrible the pizza was. Majority of the order was burt, barely any sauce or cheese. Pizza was just dry! So much of it was wasted. Just because I placed a big order doesn't mean you can just throw it together any kind of way. Highly disappointed. The order was over $600 dollars.
