- PBPamela BlancoDec 28, 20252.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. Their posted closing time is 9:00 PM, and I arrived at 8:52 PM. A gentleman walked in right before me and was immediately turned away, but since the OPEN sign was still on, I assumed they were still serving and walked in as well. There were two associates inside — one cleaning the prep station and another counting the register. No one greeted me, acknowledged me, or said they were closing, so I stood there waiting. Then at 8:55 PM, the associate finally said, “We close in 5 minutes.” I was confused because at that point, it was already clear they were not willing to take any orders. She then said they had already packed everything up and were closed. If the store is going to stop serving customers before the posted closing time, that needs to be clearly communicated. Turning customers away while the OPEN sign is still on, not greeting them, and waiting until the last moment to say you’re closed is extremely unprofessional. This could have been handled much better with basic communication and customer service.

- PAP AAug 9, 20252.0The quality of smoothie is very good. However, the customer service is concerned. I’ve been here three times, and I have received bad customer services for all three. Today, a black girl named Secret K on the receipt, talked to me like I got my smoothie for free. She did not ask my name for the order, but she put “g” in the order name. It is not acceptable and so disrespectful. If she does not like her job and does not own minimum American courtesy, this job is. It for her and why does the store keep her for? Her customer service did not ruined the taste of my smoothie, but reflected the leadership here.
