I caught the driver before he pulled away and hold him this is not my order. He said he would be back in three minutes with the correct order. I said how are you going to do that when it took over an hour to get this order. He stated he delivered my order to the previous house and was going to exchange them. I told him I didn't want food once it's been in someone else's possession. I called to get a refund and not wait another hour for new food. Figured the last order was a one off so we ordered again a week later. We did a pre-order to arrive at between 5-5:15pm. Order got here at 6pm. Food was very cold and we did not eat it. I keep hearing about new management, but these were the first issues we had, and these were after new management.
