I visited this McDonald's at 2:30 AM on Monday, November 17, 2025, and had an extremely upsetting experience. I accidentally drove off without my drink and immediately turned to get it, assuming it was fine to go inside since the door was open. However, I was immediately told to leave and that I couldn't be served. When I politely asked if they'd be able to hand me the drink since I was already inside, the staff threatened to call the police, which was completely unnecessary and very upsetting. I also had to go through the drive-thru and wait an additional 10 minutes to get my drink. On top of that, I overheard the staff loudly cursing about another coworker, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism. I hope corporate will address these issues so that no one else has to go through something like this. Actually ridiculous.

They are the SLOWEST MCDONALDS!!! Always a problem, manager unprofessional and they do not care! There’s always a long line and there’s absolutely zero customer service or even quickness. So frustrating. Every single time, which is once in a blue moon!

I've lived in the Lorton Virginia area for about 3 years now. I only live about a half a mile from this McDonald's. On Saturday, I will generally stop here and order breakfast before going to work. Over the past 6 weeks, this McDonald's has had an issue with their Orange Juice machine (at least that is what I was told). How can you offer breakfast and not have orange juice? How difficult can it be to put in a request for a new machine or have someone service the old one? Get it together McDonald's. This should be an easy fix to ensure that your customers get exactly what they need.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worse McDonald’s Ive ever been to, they literally run out of everything and it be for weeks, the fries are horrible literally everytime I go, they have zero salt on them or no flavor at all, they’ve been out of lemonade for 2 months now. They don’t except cash and they won’t tell you that until you come to the window. I liked it bc of one of the employees were super sweet but I don’t even think she’s there anymore and after her absence it’s been horrid

Spent twenty minutes this morning in the drive thru line between waiting to order and getting to the window. Watched three cars in the line next to me that showed up well after I had already been waiting get seen before I even had anyone say anything to me. Started my order and was told they don't have anything sausage. That's fine, they can run out of stuff. I ordered something else and finally got to the window line. When I get to the window and go to pay, they start handing me the wrong order, so I tell them what I ordered only for them to then tell me that they also don't have that and that I need to order something else. This is after they had shown that they knew what they did and didn't have, they still let me order another thing they don't have just to sit in line and tell me the same thing. I just left after that.
Not a great first impression at all.
