She was extremely rude and unprofessional toward customers in line, repeatedly rushing everyone and saying things like “let’s go, I’m ready to go home.” I understand working on a holiday can be stressful, but that does not excuse speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. Her tone and attitude were unpleasant, and her customer service skills were very poor. Instead of feeling welcomed, customers were made to feel like a burden. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management addresses this behavior, as it does not reflect the level of service expected from Giant. This is the employee
