  Being handed a food bag out the window by an employee who not only did not even look in my direction but had her head turned to another employee having a conversation in Spanish is not what I would consider a acceptable interaction with a paying customer. No hello No thank you No anything other than a hand holding a bag. I do not expect a 5 star or white glove service at McDonalds but I do not expect to have ZERO acknowledgment. 8:20 am Saturday morning Feb 14 2026 in case anyone in management cares to take any corrective action. So the owner response is to go to another link to provide details for the customer care team. How about you just read the review that I had provided?? It states the issue clearly to include the date, time and location. Just read it and correct the issue if you care to.

  just stopped by a bit ago with my family to get food . the new overnight manager, amy . is amazing! so kind , respectful, all of the above

  I have been comin to this McDonalds for probably about 15 years and as far back as i can remember, they only put your sauces in the bag at the drive through maybe 25% of the time and that is being generous. I mean genuinely how hard is it to read a screen and fill a bag with what it says on the screen? Craziest part is they are never busy when im going through the drive thru. Maybe one or two other cars at a time max. Its sad. You need the sauce for your meal bruh.

  I had a bad experience at another McDonald's recently, so this visit mattered. Tonight's McDonald's experience should've been cancelled and not picked up. Some bothersome black dude before I even got into the building, no one greeted or talked to me, I'm left waiting while ignored, everyone's avoiding eye contact like they're turning the other cheek while I'm having a negative/draining experience. After waiting, I leaned over the counter a bit and asked someone if I should leave, and rather than their answering another employee stepped in. If I thought that was what was going to be at the store I would have cancelled and not picked up; the app I was using even stopped working right afterwards. No thanks. I've had some good experiences with the brand but this was not one of them. Another day, perhaps.
