    I had a bad experience at another McDonald's recently, so this visit mattered. Tonight's McDonald's experience should've been cancelled and not picked up. Some bothersome black dude before I even got into the building, no one greeted or talked to me, I'm left waiting while ignored, everyone's avoiding eye contact like they're turning the other cheek while I'm having a negative/draining experience. After waiting, I leaned over the counter a bit and asked someone if I should leave, and rather than their answering another employee stepped in. If I thought that was what was going to be at the store I would have cancelled and not picked up; the app I was using even stopped working right afterwards. No thanks. I've had some good experiences with the brand but this was not one of them. Another day, perhaps.

    We dont have ice cream. We wont have any ice cream. Stop asking for ice cream! Here's your coke. Now pull up to a parking spot out front. We will bring your food out to u, if we dont forget. Oh and I hope your not on your lunch break because you will not have time to eat. Have a beautiful day.

    So I arrive and see McRib advertise on the menu so I order it and they said it’s not available so I ordered a medium coffee and a large Coke I went to I paid for it went to get it. The lid was not on the coffee and the coffee spilled all over so then I went. I’m outside to empty the cup and everything in the trashcan there’s no trash cans outside will not be back. I’ve never seen a McDonald’s with no trash cans outside?

    One of the most incompetent McDonald’s ever known to man, never gets my order right, always gives me the wrong thing and doesn’t even have a number to call, Barbara get better at your job and put some pep in your step
