  Quality Control Failure – Food Is Ruined Unless One Employee Makes It I order from this Domino’s 1–2 times per week ($50–75 orders) and always tip drivers $10–$20. What I’ve documented over time is not a minor issue or an occasional mistake. It is a consistent, 100% repeatable pattern: • If Samantha prepares my order, it’s correct. • If anyone else prepares it, the food is ruined. The errors are not small. They result in pizzas that cannot be eaten—extreme sauce levels, excessive cheese, and uncooked ingredients thrown directly into the box. This is not a quality variance; it is a complete breakdown in basic preparation standards. I reported this directly to the store and was told they would not take any action. That response confirms there is no oversight, no accountability, and no interest in correcting repeated, preventable waste. The amount of food and money this store discards due to avoidable mistakes should concern management far more than it clearly does. No customer should have to rely on a single employee just to receive food that meets Domino’s minimum standards. This is a systemic problem, and ownership or corporate needs to intervene immediately.

  Experience trying to order by phone using Dominoes AI nonsense was terrible. I ended up talking to the manager and she made everything right.

  Cheap. Bread with sauce and cheese. Not pizza. minus 1 star for charging for dipping sauces, which your gonna need.
