- OROwen Rio2 days ago4.0I went through the drive through it was moderately busy. Not bad price. Donuts and drinks were good. But the order taker person had a little bit of a rude tone.

That’s when they realized they had skipped over my order. I get that it was very busy but the workers calling out orders by items vs. who ordered it/the order number further fueled the already chaotic environment. Just be prepared to figure out where you are in line so your order isn’t skipped. It is completely unrealistic to wait 25 minutes for one sandwich.

Customers began receiving their food before me over and over so I agitatedly asked the worker where my food was. It had been over 29 minutes at this point. A somewhat rotund worker snapped at me that they were understaffed. First, not my problem, and second, you don’t ever talk to a customer like that. I ended up contacting my bank to get my money back since I wasn’t about to continue dealing with the incompetent females working here. This place was not prepared for a busy parents weekend Sunday.

I waited nearly an hour for my food, and to make matters worse, they were out of almost everything on the menu. There was no bacon, no bagels—only a few breakfast items . They kept asking me to substitute items they simply didn't have, which was frustrating. It felt as though if they didn't have the necessary ingredients or items, they shouldn't have been open at all. The place mostly had coffee available, but most of their donut options were unavailable, leaving a very limited selection. I sent $40 here for slow service with no answers
