  Everything is always wonderful they're always kind of sweet to me and my family and my granddaughter that's 2 years old. That's why I say five stars all the way definitely recommended..

  This location is consistently unsanitary. I visited two days in a row, and both times the conditions were unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty on both visits, and the donut counter was covered with crumbs, sprinkles, and food debris that had clearly not been cleaned overnight. The dining area was also neglected—tables were dirty, and the floors appeared unclean. There was also a rat trap placed right near the entrance, which is alarming and raises serious concerns about pest control and overall cleanliness. Overall, the lack of basic hygiene and maintenance is concerning, especially for a place serving food. I would strongly caution others before purchasing anything here.

  Would like the manager of this Dunkin to send me an email. I visited the Dunkin on 3/28 and need to speak to you about our experience. We did a mobile order, the open sign was on. It was 750pm the system took the order. Go through the drive thru to be told they did not have it and they were closed. Asked how to get my refund. She said we could NOT using the app. I asked her name and she vanished. They were then hiding as we drove by the drive thru window. As we drove around the front of the store one of the 3 girls working waved. They were standing behind the counter toward the front of the store.

  Stopped by around 3pm. No donuts in sight. Was told they would have donuts at 5pm-maybe. Went back at 6pm, there were only 4 kinds to choose from. No napkins in dining area. Asked for napkins…photo attached of what/how I received. Staff were not friendly, acted as if we were bothering them. They were not busy, one customer ahead of me and one in drive thru. There were 4 workers that I could see. Very disappointing all the way around.
