    This is my favorite Taco Bell ever. I always order through the app and they've never done me wrong. Food always feels fresh, customizations are always correct, and the people working are always pleasant.

    Disastrous. Long story short, we placed an order paying the app, as we do often (my daughter cons is into going at least once a week after softball), and it shows received. Paid through Apple Pay, receipt in Inbox. Went through the Drive Thru to pick up, gave the name, was shown an order on the screen that looked like our order, eventually pulled to the window (line was moderate). Get to the window, they have no idea where it order is. They have nothing. We show them the app. We show them the email. They don't have it. They ask the name again, ask to see the email, ask to see the app. Tell us they have nothing. Nothing for that name, nothing for that number. App won't let us track the order, just says "Received". Did they give our order to someone else? I don't know? Did it fail to send? I don't know. Man behind us starts honking like a maniac. Employees offer no resolution. We have no idea what to do. We've placed an order, we paid for an order, we have no food. We have proof of an order. I finally suggested that I drive around and speak to a manager rather than sitting in the Drive-Thru being quizzed. I go inside and spend another 15 minutes (literally - The order was placed at 9:13 on the way to the store. We did not leave until 9:50) being asked to show the email, the app, being shown a screen, watching employees press buttons on a screen. At no time has anyone offered even a crumb of customer service or acknowledgment that there may be an issue and that they are trying to solve it. I'm not sure what they expected us to do in this situation. The total order was two meals, less than $25. I've worked in food service. I've worked in customer service. I'm about as patient as they come, but this was ridiculous. The two people who we dealt with seemed more intent on proving that they did not have the order on any of their screens then in solving the problem, but we're communicating nothing except that they didn't have it on their screen. I finally asked what the proposed solution would be - I don't know if they wanted me to leave or place a new order and take it up with Taco Bell for a refund, I don't know if they were entering a new order into the computer system as they were typing into it, I have no idea what's going on. One of the staff members said finally that they were going to fill the order, but then proceeded to huff and roll her eyes. 50 minutes after the order was placed, we finally left with a few tacos. We're regular customers - my daughter took some post-homecoming pictures there! It was beyond disappointing to be argued with, questioned repeatedly, and treated as though I was trying to steal something because of some mishap with an app - especially when proof that the order was placed is right in front of us both. If Taco Bell isn't prepared to come up with a pretty quick solution when something does glitch, then they shouldn't promote the app use so heavily. Regardless, there should be someone on the staff able to solve problems and communicate solutions when issues do arise. I did give an extra star because the food was warm & as expected when we finally got it. This location is generally a bit slow, but courteous & get the orders correct - this was so disappointing.

    Baja blast soda is low both times I’ve been here. BAJA BLAST that’s a requirement when having Taco Bell and come on other than that it’s good but 2 stars in honor of Baja blast is required

    Bought the $9 discovery box... got shorted a chicken bacon ranch chalupa out of the box and returned from Ashburn since no one answered the phone( guy said phone doesnt work), and the lady acted like I was in the wrong! Gave me a hard time and made the most pitiful replacement for the inconvenience.... I personally think kept it for herself by the way she responded when I came back to the window, but the guy was helpful. Sheetz it is for tacos for now on
