  I tried detox island green . Its in my regular now. Place is good and so are people working. I would highly recommend.

  The smoothie itself is good!! But the employees…. Its customer service, dealing with people face to face you need to be polite. I felt rushed when ordering, and almost like she had an attitude because we walked in and she had to work… It was a younger girl who took my order. Service like that, makes people not come back…. I’d rethink about customer service training…

  So far this the worst tropical smoothie cafe i have ever been to. Poor customer service, table were not clean, employees work as if they were force to do so. I should have known i that i have come to the worst tropical when i was wondering why most of the customers waited for their doesn’t have a happy face.i called when i was on my way to place order but nobody answered so i drove there. There was absolutely no one on the front desk. It took me 6 minutes for someone some with a hoodie to take my order because she was having good time at the back with her colleagues. Everyone here works as if they dont care about anything, no seriousness, they very slow. Cashier took my oder and ask for my name after wait for 6 minutes. I was 3rd in line but it took me 21 minutes before i was serve. I was watching how this people were working, cashier doesnt stay at her post and she is not helping the backline either. Backline people working so majestically and doesn’t give a damn about anyone. Some customers came and left. I wonder how long it took the people i met spent before getting their food cos none of them look happy. While i was waiting for my food, i decided to call their number to see if they will respond. I called and the phone was ringing but nobody answered the phone. I decide to check their reviews for this location before knowing i was at the wrong place. When my food was ready they just call their number to name of the food while they took my name and those customers who came late, some of them order the same who and how they dont call by the name make it difficult if the food is yours or not. People taking other peoples food and returning it. This is the bad experience ever and i recommend that nobody comes to this tropical cafe. I like the one in Woodbridge the most because i live close to that area. I just came to this one because my job sent me here and this was 5 minutes away from my customers.
