It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job but also makes customers feel valued and appreciated. I also want to recognize the pharmacy associate I met between 7–8 PM today. I regret I didn’t catch his name, but he went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. He not only guided me with great care but even applied the best coupon available to maximize my savings. That level of thoughtfulness and effort is truly exceptional. Bradford and the pharmacy team represent the very best of what customer service should be. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
