- RKreenie kinesFeb 24, 20261.0Ordered food and when I picked it up somehow one of the orders only did a sandwich and not the combo. I asked if I could fix it to make it into a combo and was told no. They said I could buy fries and a drink separately. I explained that was a significant price difference if I did that as the combo was only 13.99 and fries and a drink alone came to more than that. I was told there was nothing they could do, so I asked for a refund. They said no. What kind of business refuses refunds with receipt in hand and food that hasn't even left their hands!? I was told it wasnt their fault the order was wrong so why do I deserve a refund? I was like im aware its not your fault...all im asking is for it to be adjusted so i can eat my dinner!? Then they tried to say if I buy the fries they'll give me a drink for free. Again I explain the price difference....and unfortunately $5 is $5 these days. Then they said that only a general manager can give refunds so if I want one I can call back tomorrow!? Frustrated I finally left...no drink...no fries...no refund...just piss poor customer service. I work in the same shopping center so its definitely unfortunate experience.
