  I just ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich and a hot midnight coffee with 3 creams and 3 sugars and and extra cream and sugar on the side. The first one they provided tasted and looked like regular blend. I asked again and it was remade and it looked the same but tasted thin. I see the issue is that the coffee is made with too much water, reducing the beautiful bloom and taste. This is a treat for me to drink as I travel often all around the US and prefer to drink this daily, rather than self- prepare. Although I was not able to consume either, I appreciate their action to remake but I assure you, whomever made this blend does not drink coffee. This was my least favored experience.

  Richard is extremely rude and arrogant employee. He argued with me saying this is your drink and drink it after another employee had confirmed they would remake it and had me drive 15 minutes to pick up the remake because it was missing all customizations to begin with and Richard had no gloves on had his finger inside the cup, so I asked him to put on gloves and get a different cup that does not have a finger inside of it. He proceeds to make faces at me and then he proceeds to walk away and another employee had to make the drink who still made it wrong but at this point, I was so done I just wanted to leave and then she said Richard does not speak English. She always speaks Spanish, which is a lie because every word Richard said to me was in English, and then he proceeded to make a disgusting face at me when I left. this employee needs to be investigated never seen someone so miserable doing their job if you don’t like Customer Service, why are you in this job Richard? Lowest of the lowest Customer Service I have ever seen in my entire life. I’ve seen other teenagers, but Richard Tops them in the amount of disrespect that he offers at Kelly Ford Leesburg, Virginia.

  Do not bother ordering for pickup if you want what you ordered. I’ve tried ordering twice now and I’ve been given the wrong order both time. Receipt shows correct order but inside has the wrong food. Last time I went back in to tell them I was given the wrong order and the boy behind the counter was upset so he purposely burned the food he had to make. Both of these experiences were at non rush hour times. Bring your business elsewhere.
