  Sat at the bar for 10 minutes and never saw a single employee. They had 3 customers at the time and literally couldn't place an order... ended up leaving.

  I had the unfortunate experience of trying to get food for the Super Bowl from your Leesburg, VA location at 524 Fort Evans Road. First, I tried to pre-order the food as requested by Buffalo Wild Wings, however using your online site was challenging to say the least. I called the restaurant for assistance to no avail. When I asked to place the order over the phone the restaurant refused to take it and told me I need to figure out the online issues. Eventually one lady suggested try getting the app. The app wasn't much better because although I finally could place the order I couldn't leave a comment to have the wings hard fried/extra crisp so I had to call the restaurant again. This was highly inefficient and annoying, however this was just the start of my issues. I show up on Sunday at 5pm to pickup my order and things are very unorganized. There are a bunch of teenage girls at the door taking names and plenty of angry customers because folks who pre-ordered for a 4:30pm pickup still didn't have food by 5pm. I checked in and asked how far behind they were running. The teenage girls laughed in my face and said "I don't know. ". I told her it would be great if I could find out because I need to pick up pizza at 530pm. She clearly stated that was not her issue. I waited till 545pm at which point I asked to see a manager. His name was Raul. He refused to talk to me and then lied and stated he had spoken to me at which point another customer who was waiting with me said he didn't come over and talk to anyone. I finally got my food at 535pm. I live 7 minutes from the restaurant and by the time I got home my food was cold. I was missing my onion rings which I paid for. The chicken was horrible. Needless to say the customer service was horrible and so was the food. I wasted $100. I will not be returning to your establishment but I thought you should know how poorly your Leesburg VA restaurant is run. FYI - most of the people that had 5pm pickup were still waiting when I left.

  A restaurant ran by incompetent, unprofessional employees who are exceptionally carefree about their job and the reputation of the franchise. We ordered food at 6pm and selected 8pm as pick up time. When we arrived at 8pm we were told very casually and unapologetically that our order is not even in preparation stage and it could be over an hour until we receive it. We requested a manager who was nowhere to be found, while the employee at front desk was still taking new orders over the phone. After 30 minutes a so called manger appeared and said she will go to the kitchen and expedite our order. We waited 20 minutes and asked another member of staff to check on the order that the manager said was being prepared, she then came out smiling and carefree saying our order hasn't even been put through yet. We had 20 guests at our house and came home empty handed. This had to be the most pathetic performance I have seen from any food franchise. There is clearly no screening, no training and no standards applied to your employees.

  Horribly run restaurant. Expect to wait over an hour to receive your food with rude service. I’ve been multiple times and have yet to have a good experience.

  I ordered 50 wings expecting decent sides, but got just 2 tiny ranch cups, 6 celery sticks, and 7 carrot pieces—barely enough for one person, let alone a big order. The receipt shows “ADD Carrots Celery -$0.99,” proving they charged extra but skimped hard. Called to complain, and the manager snapped, “That’s what you ordered,” ignoring the obvious rip-off. Dine-in gets way more veggies even for smaller wing orders! Zero apology, just rude deflection—total lack of accountability. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being shortchanged and dismissed. Wings were fine, but the stingy portions and awful customer service ruined it. Never again!
