    Jan 2, 2026 My wife and I stopped to eat. Please explain to me how Arby's staff yelling, arguing in Spanish, no heat on, no music playing, staff yelling and arguing in SPANISH, in America is a pleasant eating environment? Clearly the manager or OWNER was not there this time and it really showed. Staw away. Go home and eat, you will save money and not be subject to a Spanish argument or food poisoning. Happy New Year!

    I finally tried the steak bites ... first off the meat is not steak. The meat resembles brisket ... not a moist juicy brisket either. An overwhelming artificial smoke flavor, dry beef chunks. Should not be advertised as steak bites ... which was what I was expecting. I wanted steak bites, not barbecued burnt ends. As burnt ends go they are okay, but then again that artifical smokey flavor is too overpowering for me.
