- TTTR TR5 days ago1.0Likely the worst location I’ve been to. Sat for an extended period of time in the drive thru line before I could even order. Then literally sat for 10+ minutes at the window for a large coffee and two donuts. No employee said anything at the window until they asked again what I ordered. Just avoid this location.
- PHPatel HarshitApr 20, 20261.0I visited the new Dunkin location at 308 Kellys Ford Plaza SE #101, Leesburg, VA 20175 around 7:30 and the experience was disappointing. They did not have proper packaging. There was no box even for a half dozen donuts. Everything was first put into a bag, which is not ideal since donuts can get squished. When I asked, they gave boxes but split the donuts into two boxes with just 2 donuts each. When I asked for one more box, they said they did not have any, which felt very inconvenient for customers. I understand donuts can sell out early, but basic things like boxes should still be available. There were also very few donuts on display and it was not clear what was available until we asked. They did not provide any tissues or napkins, and there was no proper trash or tissue station set up at all. For a new store, I expected better organization and customer service. I hope they improve soon.

I went to return and the gentleman put all my donuts back in the rack to resale.. talk about unsanatory and it's a health violation. I could have added extra cream if you know what I mean . so enjoy my cream.. nastyyyyyy ..who knows what else they do for profit
