- RHRobert HarperApr 10, 20261.0The sandwich order was wrong but it was corrected. Albeit the chicken size seems ti have shrunk significantly. (This location or as a whole I cant say?) However when I opened the slimy non crisp hash browns and asked for new ones that were crispy I was handed another undercooked non crisp batch by Brian the GM. Who said thats how they are you see I pulled them fresh. The problem is they are all undercooked. I have never had hash browns this terrible at this chain and that the GM saw no problem with this and couldent leave a batch in a bit longer is laughable. I got a refund but won't be back to this location where lackluster is the acceptable norm and where a simple request like leaving a batch in a bit longer just cant happen. A GM who sees nothing wrong with the obvious is there I draw the line. All the issues with service in the reviews make sense to me. Expectations and enforcement start at the top. Having had the displeasure of dealing with this GM it all makes sense! No paper towels only 1 sink working in men's room as well.

- KMKyle MinerMar 20, 20265.0It’s Chick-fil-A so you always get good customer service, but a nice, shorter lady (I didn’t get her name) working behind the counter on March 19th around 4:45pm went above and beyond. Ordered 2 tenders on the app for a snack before dinner for carry out, nothing else. She got it to me really quickly, then was about to turn around but looked back at me and asked, “Did you want a cup of water with that?” Very small thing, but that’s the difference between good and great customer service. Doing just your job tasks with a smile vs anticipating customers needs and wants. Wish I got her name so I could’ve given her a shout out.
