  My issue is that this place seems to lack serious logistics, especially around lunchtime. The drive-thru lady is always so nice and pleasant, so I can say the service is at least 4 stars. But everything else is below one star, and I would have given zero if that was an option. #1 The time it takes for drive thru orders is anywhere between 12 - 15 minutes and that's AFTER you have ordered the food. #2 They never give you your meal as it's ordered so the quality of food is like playing russian roulette! Ive ordered multiple items that come with guacamole on the menu each time, my food is lacking the guacamole. Which is super annoying because all of the menu items that do include guacamole are more expensive and so im paying more and not getting what i paid for in every sense of the statement. #3 No one answers the phone which means your only option of recourse during the lunch dining hours specifically are to wait in the line for another 12-15 minutes and then wait however much longer it will take them to remake the food correctly OR go inside which takes about the same amount of time but with more effort. OR hold up the line for other customers that are experiencing the same BS as you, to look at your food and make sure it's made properly before pulling off. IT IS ALL SO FRUSTRATING

  I had a very disappointing experience today. I clearly requested no beef in my burrito, but when I received my order it still had beef in it. This is a serious mistake, especially when customers have dietary restrictions or religious reasons for avoiding certain foods. Employees need to pay closer attention to orders and read the instructions carefully. I hope the management addresses this and improves order accuracy so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

  Nouredine is always the man everytime I come here, he’s always respectful and we always have a little chat while i’m there. He is a great guy.

  I can’t believe I waited in drive through for 35 mins, while I already placed my order online 30 mins ago. I have never been to any fast food places and waited in drive through for this long before. Save your time and go somewhere else!

  This location is single handedly the slowest fast-food joint I've ever been to. Every time, it takes at least 5-10 minutes to even place your order, and this is with 2 cars in line. I think they do one car at a time, take the order, make the food, sell it, then take another order. Maybe they dont employ enough people, I dont know. But this is the slowest place ever.
