  I have had nothing but good experiences here until this evening. As I proceeded to walk down an aisle I was followed by an older lady. Following suit was an employee pushing a cart full of water. He startled the older lady, she proceeded to speak up and say " excuse me, you almost hit me" The employee started screaming " I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry while running suicides not knowing which way to exit the interaction until he ran back the way he came screaming " I'm sorry!!" Im not sure if the gentleman was having a mental breakdown. However, it startled the hell out of myself and my friend. Let alone the older lady was traumatized.
