Because I was running late, I got there about 35 to 40 minutes later, and to my surprise, the order still wasn’t ready. I had to wait another 7-10 minutes, and when they finally brought the food out, half of it was missing. When I pointed this out, the lady at the counter insisted that everything was in the bag. I asked her to count it, and sure enough, several items were missing, including eight pieces of chicken (legs and thighs). They had to go back and make the rest, which took almost another 20 minutes. During that long wait, my nephew and I got thirsty and asked if we could get some soda for the inconvenience. The staff said it wasn’t included in the order. I explained that we had been waiting for over an hour for a simple order and maybe they could at least offer something for the trouble. The lady went to ask the owner, who said we could only have one cup. Seriously? Total time from ordering to leaving store took 1 hour and 10 mins. To make matters worse, the portion of food that was ready earlier had become completely cold by the time we got home, even though we live less than five minutes away. The food itself was okay, but the customer service was awful. The staff seemed indifferent, and the owner’s attitude made the experience even worse reflected a lack of concern for customers’ time and experience. I probably won’t be coming back. They really need to work on treating customers better.
