I waited and called back and they told me they substituted my items but I asked them why they didn’t call me to confirm the substitutions and they didn’t have an answer. However I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter sundae and they gave me a raspberry ice cream with coconuts, Cholocate fudge, and Oreos. I’m not sure how that is a substitution for a Reese’s sundae but it was terrible. This is the second time they messed up my order and this was the last time I’m ever going to order from this location ever again!!!!

I know this isn't your problem, considering doordash went down for over an hour. The real reason I was Upset, I had left to see if there was a way I could pick up my order, I had card and recipet to prove my order. I arrived at 830 and waited behind a few cars and to our surprise the store was locked up and shut down. It clearly states on Google that the store is open until 9...why was it closed early?

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
