- KPKamyri ParsonJul 5, 20241.0I do not recommend at all this is was the most disgusting service of ice cream I have ever experienced. My father found a big chunk of ice cube in his ice while eating almost hurt his tooth. While eating the cone the top half of both our cones was very soft gave stale, as I took the wrapper off the bottom of the cone there was battered leaking from the bottom of the cone as if it was not cooked all the way. I do not recommend anything from THIS specific location.

Clearly this has happened before and the "cake person" should be fired.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
