  Recently stopped by here after not being here in years and alot has changed. All the staff I saw were new and young. This place has gone downhill. My bacon egg and cheese croissant was burned. On top of that my boston creme doughnut in the same small bag with the hot sandwich causing the doughnut to smear and melt. When I pointed it out the employee seemed to get a attitude and mumble something while taking bag back. Swaps out doughnut and says nothing. Just cold and turns around to go about her business. And the icing on the cake I ordered a sweet tea and I got a unsweetened tea that had little ice and was warm. Noticed the issues with the sandwich and drink after I left establishment. Didn't want to turn around since I was already on the highway and not worth the hassle. Never again will I purchase from here. Bad food and service doesn't deserve my hard earned money.

  I was heading into work & was going to try something different to start my day. I haven't been to this location in forever but frequent their other locations. The cashier finished an order then stared at me while I decided how much I wanted to spend. I placed the order & my card was declined by mobile. I was confused, because I have money on the account. I double checked the app & card used, and the screen went back to default as the cashier wasn't paying attention. She reissued it & my card was declined, resulting in her giving me the blanket stare. Overall I didn't feel welcomed even though I was welcomed in, if that's possible. I'll continue to go to locations out of my way when possible.

  I come to this Dunkin' occasionally I normally go to the one by Jefferson Davis every time I come to this one they never get my coffee right I can not have regular sugar and 9 time out of 10 they use regular sugar this time around I asked for a small cup of milk my other Dunkin' dose it all the time they give me the photo provided I asked for them to fill it and charge me for a small coffee for said item and they refuse like I said other Dunkin’s do it all the time my family who works at a Dunkin’ said they can very much do it they just don’t feel like it I don’t recommend this Dunkin their employees need to be taught customer service and their jobs

  The food is good i think they have change staff, everyday i pass they always give me the wrong order and they are on the phone all the time. One day they left the store open we enter to the store and ask for service and there were no people inside.
