I pulled it up on my phone to show that it does, and he said, “Oh, that’s for the Cloud Latte.” I told him that’s exactly what I ordered, but he said the other person didn’t ring it up that way. I ended up having to pay an extra $1.31 for something I had already clearly ordered. Mistakes happen, but it was frustrating that I had to correct the staff and still pay extra for their error. A little more attention and better communication at the drive-thru would make a big difference.
