When I got to the window, they handed me just the regular Cookie Butter Latte. I asked about the cold foam, and the man at the window told me it doesn’t come with it. I pulled it up on my phone to show that it does, and he said, “Oh, that’s for the Cloud Latte.” I told him that’s exactly what I ordered, but he said the other person didn’t ring it up that way. I ended up having to pay an extra $1.31 for something I had already clearly ordered. Mistakes happen, but it was frustrating that I had to correct the staff and still pay extra for their error. A little more attention and better communication at the drive-thru would make a big difference.

The floors inside are always dirty. The cashier's don't even talk to you when you come up to the window. The open the window and stare at you. New owners need to get this under control. It would be nice to have more options in the area for donuts and coffee so we didn't have to go here in a pinch.
