  If you place your order online or through the app expect noticeably less food than if you go and order in person. I would not use the app again. I really felt like I received quite a bit less food than if I had ordered in the restaurant.

  I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Chipotle Mexican Grill. The employee who assisted us was rude and disrespectful, which immediately set a negative tone. On top of that, they were out of several key items—black beans, onions and peppers, multiple salsas, and even taco tortillas. The dining area was also in poor condition, with overflowing trash cans and an overall lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet even basic expectations, and I won’t be returning.

  I dunno why I torture myself with buying Chipotle again. Food was stale, they were super skimpy on portions of the meat. I did not get what I paid for with upgrading to double meat. The restaurant had ran out of beans and utensils. Considering all that, I had a buy one get one free rewards deal and the total was still $19+... I need give up on having a good experience at this place. Lol

  They need to figure out the logistics of the online order lane. My food has been ready for 30min but because someone in front of me is not ready, I have to wait. If it's not ready, have them go around so you can serve the line that builds up behind them. I shouldn't be waiting 30 min for supposed fast food, especially if my food is ready to go.

  This place is awful. Save your time dont go. Only once I actually received a correct order. Figured I'd learn. Other times did not received what I ordered and specifically says on order label on bowl but was not put in bowl. How's that. Rice sometimes hard. Random piece/pieces of food in bowl that was not in the order. Portions lacking. I could go on, I really think the people that work there, dont pay attention and dont care. Management needs to step up...
