  My wife went this morning. She ordered 2 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit Meals and 4 Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits, just the biscuits not a meal. She waited 14 minutes, got her food and came home. Only to have 4 biscuits with NO CHICKEN!! This is ridiculous!! Team members are on their phones and cussing and joking, the manager doesn't care about the customers. We dont have a lot of choices in our town, so we keep going back. But this is ridiculous. There needs to be better training for management and team members. There needs to be a better training on how to take care of customers!! Something has to change or you just need to close it up!!

  My mom had a bad experience here from an employee and manager. Employee was beyond rude huffing and puffing. Manager told my mom not to come back since her experience was bad. Let me say one thing if you don’t want to work don’t apply to a job that involves working for the public. If you hate your job that bad then quit. She will definitely not be back with y’all rude self. Worst restaurant in Kilmarnock.

  Terrible service. Staff rude and always has an attitude. They repeatedly close early. Went by at 730 and they refused to make my order. Don't waste your time or money

  The fries were good, the nuggets were good, but sadly the burger was cold and had someone's hair on it!
