They are unorganized, never put everything in the bag, never give receipts. And when they cant take card payments they dont put up a sign saying “CASH ONLY.” Definitely not coming back.

What I order at the speaker is never at all what is on my receipt and when I ask for EXTRA cream cheese on my bagel… it means EXTRA CREAM CHEESE!! Whatever they put on there should not even be adequate for a normal amount of cream cheese. Oh, and the customer service is awful! there’s only about 3 employees that I have a good experience with. Everyone is always rude and acting like they hate working there. I try and try to continue my business there since it is the only coffee place down there with a drive thru but it is getting out of hand!
