What I order at the speaker is never at all what is on my receipt and when I ask for EXTRA cream cheese on my bagel… it means EXTRA CREAM CHEESE!! Whatever they put on there should not even be adequate for a normal amount of cream cheese. Oh, and the customer service is awful! there’s only about 3 employees that I have a good experience with. Everyone is always rude and acting like they hate working there. I try and try to continue my business there since it is the only coffee place down there with a drive thru but it is getting out of hand!

Not to mention the tub sized amount of cream cheese sloppily thrown on the bagel. Then $1 per pup cup… WHAT!? The cream cheese cost more and yall had no issue putting too much of that on a bagel. Seriously though this was cream cheese with a side of stale bagel. Tried to share it with the dogs and they struggled to chew it. Do not recommend! The only thing decent was the service.
