  I went through the drive thru which had a fairly long line. There was a car in the parking lot with a grown up and a little boy. The grown up was playing exceptionally loud hip hop and outside the car dancing and carrying on being very loud. The boy was running around the parking lot blowing bubbles from a bubble wand, and unfortunately the line wasn't moving. After awhile, the line finally moved. I ordered what my 10 year old Granddaughter asked for, 10 piece chicken nuggets, medium fry, and a medium M&M McFlurry. For myself, I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets. I had $18 to spend. No problem right? After all, it's McDonald's. Wrong! The total was $19.81. I was literally shocked. I had to cancel my food so my Granddaughter could get hers. Now the bill was around $15. I obviously had not been to McDonald's in quite some time. I recall being able to feed an entire family of 4 for less than $20 at McDonald's.

  I waited 15 minutes for a 13 cookie tote while my other food got cold, as a treat for my daughters when they came home later from school. I looked in the tote and at least six of the cookies were broken in half or smaller pieces. The cookies were the consistency of mashed potatoes. I took the tote back to the counter for a refund. I told the employee that I waited 15 minutes for those cookies and they weren't edible. She replied that they were fresh out of the oven and I didn't wait 15 minutes. I pulled out the McDonald's app with the time that I placed my order at their kiosk. She stated that I could have cooked at home. I asked to see a manager. She replied I am the manager. I asked for her name. She rolled her eyes, walked back over to bag other orders and never came back. Another manager refunded my order. I've never been treated that way at any restaurant. She needs to find another line of work. Not acceptable, appropriate, or warranted for someone who simply asked for a refund for food that was not fully cooked or cooled enough to be piled on top of each other yet. The cookies were mush, the wait was excessive, and the manager was disrespectful.

  Ordered curbside, waited over 15 minutes after arriving with still no food. Couldn’t cancel order and I had to leave. Do not recommend ordering curbside.

  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to; the staff is terrible.

  I ordered a triple burger with extra onions and pickles but I didn’t want onions all over my bread. I couldn’t even eat it I had to throw it away. I didn’t have time to take it back and get a new one made cause I have to take my kids to a drs appointment. But that is uncalled for and you have a manager working in the grill and they approved that to be sent out. Very unprofessional.
