- MLMicki LocricchioDec 5, 20251.0I just went through the drive-thru there was one car in front of me yet it took almost 20 minutes to get my food I ordered a Big Mac and a 10-piece nugget cooked to order the Big Mac with Stone Cold and for the 10-piece nugget being cooked to order you would have expected it to be hot but they were barely warm. The girl at the window that handed me the food has to be the rudest thing in the world she didn't even say here's your order have a good night thank you nothing . She just gave me a dirty look and handed me my bag I didn't do nothing to her but you can guarantee I won't be back. Although I did interrupter playing on her phone.

The service is awful and the customer service is non existent. Over half the time I order from this particular McDonald’s, at least one thing is wrong or missing. And that’s not an exaggeration. More than 50% of my orders from there have been messed up one way or another. And when the orders don’t get messed up the food tastes of uncleaned grills and unchanged grease constantly. With their chicken products you can tell they don’t watch the fryers as they should and pieces come out burnt and dry left and right.as of today almost $10 of food was missing from an order, and what wasn’t missing was almost inedible. Upper management seriously needs to step in as this is nothing but a shell of what could be a respected fast food place, like their sister location not even 5 minutes down the road.
