- TMTyler ManfieldOct 26, 20251.0I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT HERE, TRAVEL 5 MINUTES DOWN THE ROAD TO THEIR OTHER LOCATION FOR MUCH BETTER FOOD AND SERVICE!!.If I could rate 0/5 I would. The service is awful and the customer service is non existent. Over half the time I order from this particular McDonald’s, at least one thing is wrong or missing. And that’s not an exaggeration. More than 50% of my orders from there have been messed up one way or another. And when the orders don’t get messed up the food tastes of uncleaned grills and unchanged grease constantly. With their chicken products you can tell they don’t watch the fryers as they should and pieces come out burnt and dry left and right.as of today almost $10 of food was missing from an order, and what wasn’t missing was almost inedible. Upper management seriously needs to step in as this is nothing but a shell of what could be a respected fast food place, like their sister location not even 5 minutes down the road.

- KRKaitlynn RiveraSep 26, 20251.0The employee working at the drive through window tonight around 7pm was very unprofessional…first she didn’t take our order at the screen we sat there for about 15 minutes before cars started honking horns at us to move almost immediately after I pulled up, I overheard heard her taking the next persons order my daughter and I waited 30 minutes in line in total just for her to deny us service again at the window….she didn’t apologize for not taking our order and instead, she says pull back around and get back in line…after waiting all that time I DONT THINK SO? I saw an employee in the parking lot on my way out of line and told her about the situation, she responded and said *she doesn’t like white people so that’s probably why she didn’t take your order* I have never experienced anything like this before at this location and this young woman needs to be held accountable, my child just wanted her happy meal!!!
