  I went to the drive thru and nobody took my order. I was waiting there for 15 minutes. I had to drive inside to get the order I already placed.

  Worst experience ever!!!!! I made an online order at 7:22 pm 4/2/2026. Food was supposed to be ready at 7:52 pm. I arrived at 7:56 pm to be told there is no chicken and was asked if I wanted refund only to be told I can’t have a refund and had to wait 30 minutes for chicken. That 30 turned into almost a whole hour. I had to settle for what sides they had as there I was told the sides I ordered were not available. I think the problem at this restaurant is when they close at ten they want to run out of the store at ten so they stop cooking and start the closing process 3 hours early. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location. NIGHT SHIFT GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!! I will never eat here again

  I went through the drive thru and was told it will take 10 minutes for the fish sandwich meal. Was told to pull in the parking spot. I waited over 10 minutes. I went into the restaurant informed an individual about my order. My sandwich was just sitting under the warmer. No one took charge or responsibility to bring my meal out. The restaurant workers need retraining on customers service and on atmosphere appearance. Some of the workers was standing around and having conservation. When I was in the driver thru it was already a vechile in the waiting spot. At the window I overheard the conservation what was the vehicle in the waiting spot was waiting for. One of the workers went out and asked. That's poor customer service if you forgot about the customer order.
