When I got my food, it was wrong, and some of my order was missing. I went to the counter and spoke with an employee. I tried to give her the food back that was not right, and told her again what I had ordered. She just walked away. I thought I would get the food that I ordered and paid for. I went to the counter 3 times and spoke to the same employee about getting the food that I paid for. After 30 minutes of waiting while they served other customers in the restaurant and at the drive thru, it was very apparent to me that I was not going to get my food. I spoke with the manager and told her that I wanted a refund. She refused to give me a refund. I never got my order.And I didn't get a refund. I have filed a customer complaint. This would have been so simple to fix. These people were incredibly rude and very difficult to deal with.

My drink must’ve been sitting a long time because it was watered down with hardly any ice left in it. The bowl that I paid $10 for barely had any chicken in it and it definitely was skimpy!!!! Like why even sell that as a meal when it’s clearly a side dish. A small chins would be pleased but not an adult of any kind. At least my cheese was still a bit hot but nothing else was!!! I was very upset and I wouldn’t DARE order from here if I’m ever in this part of VA again. The picture of the bowl may seem like it’s a lot but that bowl is small and thin. My driver was very nice though.
