I ordered pizza at roughly 1710, rolled over to the store (about 1730) because the app typically never works. They were short staffed and youngest gentleman advised that he sees my order but it would be about 20 minutes. Returned back to store about 20min later (1750) and pizzas was still not ready. Pizzas were finally ready at 1820 and told the young man thank you their work. Now I could have been truly upset about it and gotten mad but I gave grace. It wasn't their fault that they were short staffed that led to the extreme delay with my order and others, the weather didn't help either as one of the workers that came in was late because of it. We all know traffic in Richmond sucks when it rains. Was I completely happy, no but me being mad wouldn't have helped the situation. I just hope that the store recognizes these young adults for their diligence and hard work.

It took an hour and 15 minutes for a medium pizza. I ordered online, showed up at the estimated time and had to wait an additional 45 minutes. Worst service at any Domino's I've been to.

I ordered a pan extravaganza with extra sauce for delivery. When I took a bite it tasted doughy/uncooked, so I lifted the toppings up and pulled at the dough and sure enough it stretched as if it was cheese. I called the store and she said I could bring it back. I said ma'am that's the reason I chose delivery, so I wouldn't have to come out in the rain. She said well I can give you a $10 credit. I said why can't I have a credit for the pizza I brought. She then said we would have to look at and evaluate it. I said what's another number I can call for a complaint and she said 1-800-Dominos. I said okay and then said put the $10 credit for now and asked for her name. She hung up in my face, so I called back and said I asked for your name, but you hung up. She said I'm not required to give my name. I said okay I'll just bring it back up there. I got there and there was no greeting or acknowledgment at all. I saw one person standing boxing up some pizza for a customer that was in there, so I politely stood at the counter. When she was done she then came over to the register and said how can I help you, but not in a polite manner. I asked was she the manager and she didn't say anything, so I asked again. Then she said I'm one of them. I then showed her the pizza. She looked at it and then went to say something to another worker toward the back. Both of them came back and then the from the back said it's because of the extra sauce. I said no I always order extra sauce. I said there's a difference between a little soggy and undone dough plus the dough shouldn't be stretching like cheese. I said it should've been cooked longer then. The other worker said the customer has to request it. I said well I didn't know you sell doughy undone pizza. I know there's a such thing as a choice for well done, but that doesn't mean that it's undone at it's regular state. I requested a refund and they credited my card back. The thing is customer service goes a long way. There was an attitude from the time I asked for a manager when she answered the call. The entire experience was an inconvenience as a paying customer. I still don't know the managers name because she didn't have a name tag on. Dominos you may want to provide extra customer service training for your employees because that was unacceptable. Someone can get sick from uncooked food. I've never had a problem like this before at this store. If anything was ever wrong they've always corrected it and presented with good customer service.

After pulling apart a piece from the edge (pan pizza toppings are suppose to go out to the edge) I noticed not one topping was visible. Went through it with a fork to count out ten leaves of spinach and nine strips of steak and when driving back to the location with all 32 teeth showing and speaking softly not even upset because humans make errors that’s life (nasty people don’t care if you’re nice they will still be nasty) the manager stated “there’s nothing I can do with that that’s a lot of toppings and is considered “extra”. I said okay I’ll just contact customer support and left leaving the pizza but was told I had to take it with me. I did. Now I’ve ordered the same combo on two other occasions and the extra was extra, toppings went to the edge. The dough is either old, been sitting too long or improperly handled because the pizza puffed up so bad everything including sauce was pooled in the middle. The photo speaks for itself. Immediately contacted corporate, got a coupon then my bank and got a refund. I will never go to this location again and will make sure to read reviews of another location to use the coupon. I should’ve known something was off when I saw not one station was clean or organized smh. Now I see why there’s nobody hardly there, only three employees who cook and drive and why this location has 3 stars.

DO NOT ORDER HERE - especially delivery. I should have read the reviews here first. As I write this - 90 minutes after I ordered through the app - I am STILL waiting for my Caesar salad and (cold) Parmesan bites to be delivered. Waited 10 minutes for someone to answer (after the phone system hung up on me twice first) only to be told by the woman who answered that my order will not leave for another 30 minutes. STAFF YOUR SHOP. Dinner at 9PM. If I’m lucky. Update: Called again 40 minutes later. A man answered, asked for the delivery address and proceeded to put the DRIVER (Joshua) on the phone to do damage control. (Joshua was incredibly apologetic and pointed out he’s the only delivery driver at night.) Let’s be clear: this is a management problem; not a driver problem. This location is poorly managed and grossly understaffed. Do not offer a service you cannot provide expeditiously. Worse, do not throw employees under the bus who are doing the best they can (and, in Joshua’s case, stay only because “they wouldn’t have anyone else to deliver”) in such a poor environment. It is no way to treat employees or customers. (Food arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes after I first ordered, by the way. Thankfully, it was just Parmesan bites and a salad - no cold pizza.)
