I am still hearing the ringing 30 minutes after I started calling. This place is so bad now, I won't blame the county if they bought this spot to just shut down this location. This location is so bad that I could have went to any of their competition and gotten pizza quicker, even with their competition claiming 2 hour wait times. Henrico County, you have been looking at this building to expand the school, just buy it and get rid of this location already

Besides I have yet to find the best thin crest any where but here in corp/franchised pizza place.

At 9:06 I had called asking where my order was since it said done at 822 and was hit with a yes it's done I'm sorry about the wait, when I mentioned hoping it wasn't cold (everyone knows it will be now after an hour) I got hit with the uh I'm sorry, they marked it out for delivery around 9:16, didn't get here until 9:35/9:40. And the best part, I live 5 minutes away, if I drove I would have ordered take out but now... I'm not ordering from them again. They went from the BEST to the WORST, even little Caesars is better than them now..
