So as I was talking to the employee, he stated the driver had just pulled up. The employee stated there were 4 orders waiting for delivery and I was 1 of 4. Estimated time was 10-15 minutes. At 8:45 I called back for an update on my order, cause I’m tracking my order and 2 hours later it’s still saying “Quality check.” It’s almost 2 hours later, so I’m calling again to tell them leave my order in the store. I leave at 8:45 to pick my pizza up that I paid for delivery. I received my pizza at 9:01, I asked for a refund for me paying delivery fees and the lady tells me I have to cancel the order and reorder to get my delivery fees reimburse. Here’s the kicker, as I pull up to Dominos, I see the Delivery guy in the back just casually talking. No sense of urgency. This was a Disaster, Customer Service was poor. I ordered chicken Alfredo and get home and there is not one piece of chicken in the Alfredo. The serving was for a toddler, maybe 20 pieces of pasta stuck to the bottom of the pan. Where was the Quality Control check? My order was still in the Quality Control check for 2 hours and nobody checked the order to see if it was correct. I will NEVER order from the this location ever again.
