  Very disappointing experience at Wendy’s. The customer service was extremely poor no one was available to help, and I was left waiting without any assistance. This is not what I expect when visiting. I even took a photo to show the situation. Management really needs to improve staff presence and service.

  Quite petty window clerks who won't give a pre-paid order to you face-to-face and make you to go circles to get your order 😆. "Order at the window" on a pre-paid order, lol. Not just this particular spot but a common theme with them. Don't waste your time/fuel, go to any other food place and at least you'll get a decent service interaction and be treated decently.

  Ordered cheesy fries with onions and tomatoes. I tried to ask for sour cream and the lady kept cutting me off and wouldn’t listen to what I was asking for. Then at the end, I asked for sauce for my fries. She then proceeded to say that it was 55¢ for each sauce and that sauce only came free with nuggets. What kind of establishment doesn’t offer any kind of sauce with fries? They have really gone down hill since the remodel. Can’t wait for Taco Bell to reopen.

  If they say open 24 hours then there should be an option for people to be able to walk in, particularly since it's next to a hotel. Guy told me to walk around to order so I did, just to have the lady yell at me and tell me to stand there (in the cold) until all the cars are gone then I can order. Totally embarrassing and inhumane experience
